What happens once I have had the initial consultation?
If you are happy with the consultation and arrange a booking,
a 50% deposit will be required, which will secure the booking.
A key will be required at this point, if applicable.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit will be non-refundable if less than 48 hours notice given.
What are your payment methods?
We accept cash or cheques.
How often do I make payment?
If you are a regular user, payment will be required at the end of each week
and you will be issued with a receipt.
If you only use us occasionally, payment will be required at the end of each visit.
Who provides the pet food?
You are expected to provide enough pet food for the duration of our visit.
If we need to purchase any additional pet food, a surcharge will be added on to your final bill.
What do you do in case of an emergency?
At the consultation we will discuss what the procedure will be in case there is an emergency whilst you are away.
This will include a backup contact
i.e. neighbour or member of family and a veterinarian release form, listing veterinarians of your choice.
